Anime Central 06
Now that I got some sleep, taken a shower with hubby and cuddled up to him,and my brain has returned from its hiatus, I can now officially write my Con-Report thing. Honestly, I had a BLAST! My brain says "DAMMIT I WANT MORE!" My body says, "I can't take it any longer" My Body won. But, of course, my brain is now dosing on crack called - CON PICS!
I was sooo busy this weekend that I didnt get to meet half the people I was supposed to >.>
Thursday
I woke up on Thursday, all ready to go. [info]evildennis was picking me up at 2 pm. And my mind was a FLURRY with whether my shears for Souseiseki will arrive or not. So, he picked me up, we went to meet up with [info]nikolai_nolanTHANK YOU!!!! you helped my friends and I forget to give you my present! I had a couple things for you including your kawachi costume!) and get our badges. And HOLY WOW! What a line! It took 2 hours or 3 for the Pre-reg line, most of which I spent talking to an Australian girl named Kirstie who came all the way from the land down under to come here and meet her friends. I thought the whole idea was cool and we hung out for a LONG while. After we got our badges, I checked on [info]evildennis who stood at the "Express" Line which took 4 hours. I met up with friends early like [info]sunquistand EBKing, I also saw Masayume and got countless calls from [info]countess_lenore and [info]kimiden. I met up then with [info]livingdeadcrizl and[info]orochiyamazaki plus [info]chibimizutenshi and got them all squared away with stuff for Artist Alley.
After that, we had a good busy night. Setting up Artist Alley, getting everything fixed in the room then we headed to the party. I had fun hosting [info]marisca4's party. we had a big card for her, there were the "rocket ship" cookies and a ton of incriminating photos of it including this
[info]livingdeadcrizl brought me an awesome airmatress to sleep in so I was comfy the whole time. ( It was soo nice, I didnt want to get up from it) Dinner was a QP with cheese and a lot of fun good conversation.
Friday
I woke up at 6:30 to my phone. [info]tessceresand I had a breakfast date. We went to the buffet and had a BIG Breakfast. Orange Juice is GOD to me. I had to wear a "Sleepytime Paine" and she wore "Half ass Paine" for a few.
I let her change in my room - waking up crizl ( I am sooo sorry about that!!) and then getting into my moogle costume.
After running around with her and dennis, we went for a mini shoot outside with some people and found [info]aquarianfaenbsp While we were going to her room, we found ze limebarb. >.> after we saw her, we somehow got to talking about bouffants. We got [info]aquarianfae into King and I finally got my shears! I soon got changed into Yuri Sakazaki and found my oni~ sama was a hawtie. I had fun at the SNK/CAPCOM/SAMMY shoot. There was a great ass Chip Zanuff - he had a wig and contacts! I had to take a pic of him for [info]livingdeadcrizl.
I had a bit of fun after that with [info]pikminlink we went to the masquerade office to sign ourselves in, and to have my photoshoot. The Consplayers Photoshoot made me feel like a winnar! I had a chance to hang out with her and talk and that was really cool.
Oh! something funny happened during the shoot Briana lifted me up for fun and in the process, she tore my gi off! OH the YURI! I quickly put it back on and tried to be cool about it. >.> ut that. was. embarrassing! ah well, its ACEN. I was allowed it.
I changed and showered and went to the Ball, it was fun. [info]evildennisnbspwas my date. we had fun dancing and laughing but it was so hot and tiny in there, we left. Besides, pizza was calling us. We also had a good time trying to play pool. "TRYING" being the keyword.
I cant remember what happened next, my brain died. I think after that we went to our room and had ordered pizza. A LOT OF PEOPLE CAME. [info]pikminlink and a few Cosplay.com people came, [info]marisca4and a lot more. We watched FF7:AC and [info]pikminlink entertained us with the FF7:AC walmart showing story. There was several meet ups that night but i was too tired and my feet started to hurt. I had advil and floated to sleep.

Saturday
I think I woke up pretty early Saturday. Souseiseki was fun to put on. People keep on telling me not to run around with scissors. LOL! Al caught me and we had a EBKing shoot. Then I went to artist alley to help out in the Rockin' Ninja Party booth. I sold A LOT! After which, I had to go around trying to help people find photoshoots and I also found several rozen maiden cosplayers that made me SQUEEE! in delight.
I didnt get in the masquerade. Partly our fault, but its ok. I was sad about that. I packed everything early and got a lot of rest.
My highlights of Saturday were:

* The evening of relaxing talking and hanging out

* going around with my husband in dealers room talking with friends
Sunday
I woke up early because of my Cosplay.com gathering I got into Fuu and went downstairs to meet another Fuu. Brett gave me a new momo and it was BIGGER! so I was happy. [info]evildenniswas my Jin and we had a good mugen. So I really had fun in that shoot. Cosplay.com shoot was fun we had micro-cupcakes and met everyone. I had tons of fun after, manning the booth for crizl and talking to people.
After that, we went to todai! and had a lot of food. [info]kuri_chan was adorable and fun to be with. we plan to go there everytime now after cons.
