yes, minors are allowed.it's twice the size of harmony bar, mejo open space,it's not closed so mas makakahinga kayo.laid-back ang design ng venue, may pagka-tropical reggae ang dating, with a projector na.it's along timog, so tambayan ng mga yuppies and conio heheh.
