This site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.

In simple terms, that means people can reuse your posts, as long as they give you proper credit. :)

but how about domain names? does creative common attribution license encompass it? if it doesn't, then should we at least follow its principle of respect to the original creator of a name?

You're absolutely right, steel_angel. We recognize Noelle de Guzman as the first to publicly identify the reality of "Pinoy cosplay" and coin the phrase. :)

IMO, it's confusing to people to think that you are part of the ML since you are not.... are there any ways of not to confuse people that you are part of the original ml?

You're right, steel_angel: there should be no confusing the two separate services. Both services publicly acknowledge that PinoyCosplay.com and the Pinoy Cosplay ML are in no way affiliated with each other. :)

maybe both parties should createa a BIG banner or something stating that they are not affiliated with each other. posts are posts at mamaya matatabunan lang sila nang iba pang posts...

why not have a merger instead?
