user posted imageFor those who're searching for the site's rules, you can now find them beneath the banner alongside "Portal".

The rules are simple & easy to follow:

1) No flaming, spamming, or off-topic posts.
2) Respect all members, administrators, and moderators.
3) Post constructive messages as much as possible.
4) No duplicate accounts.
5) No allcaps topic titles or descriptions. IT LOOKS LIKE SHOUTING.
6) Should you have any moderation concerns, please send a private message to an administrator or moderator.
7) When wide posted images break the board layout in a maximized window at 1024x768px resolution, post a thumbnail or text link to them instead.
8) When long posted words break the board layout in a maximized window at 1024x768px resolution, hyphenate the words.
9) All posted content is subject to this site's Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.
10) Have fun. ;)

user posted imageREMINDER: When your warn level reaches 100% I have to suspend you for a week. Which means you will be unable to post but you can still send & receive PM.

How can this happen?

~ If you violate the guidelines 3 times then I will increase your warn level.

~ I will be sending you PM about it.

How can the warn level decrease?

~ I will observe you for 2 weeks. If you are able to follow the guidelines at that time then I will decrease it.

user posted imagePlease keep your signatures small. Keep the height at most 200pixels or less. When I catch members with huge sigs, I will leave them a private message (PM). If they fail to resize their sigs, I will resize it myself plus increase their warn level as well.

Remember that signatures are not wallpapers.

Remember that emails sent through the user posted image button or through a member's profile are posted to Pinoy Cosplay's system for delivery, and are thus covered by guideline 1.

Please report any such emails that violate guideline 1, in accordance with guideline 6. Let's keep Pinoy Cosplay spam-free. :)

user posted imageThe Cosplayer Chitchat thread has turned into a Spam thread already. I'm allowing all members to post freely but this time I'm NOT ALLOWING anyone, especially those with DOUBLE-ACCOUNTS (who pretend to be newbies), to post SENSELESS, OFFENSIVE, RUDE or any topic that may lead to arguments.

I'm going to raise the warn levels of the people I catch posting these threads whether they're old or new members. I'm doing this not to scare the members but to discipline them. Please avoid violating any rules especially guideline #2 which is the most important rule of them all. I ask for your full cooperation with this one. Thank you.
