dahil sa mga kabataan parang gus2 nila i-portrait na parang sila ung "salamin" ng gus2 nilang character like me, sinungaling ako that means si usopp ng one piece ang mirror ko kasi sya ang dakilang sinungaling! :lol:

depende sa character at names pati mga opening themes at storyline the better the storyline, mas maganda d b? at kung nde nman... just say the title and they can recognize about that...

sa pagkakaroon ng makukulay n kwento na parang magkakaroon ng moral values

yeah about doon sa drinking ocha (green tea) masarap nman sya pati ung pagkain ko ng sushi, takoyaki, ramen at yakisoba!!! un masaya n un! at ung sa mga anime' na pinapakita ung kimono dress nila parang nkka-enganyo sa mga babae d2 sa pinas na suotin un kasi nkkasawa minsan ung national dress nating barong at saya kaya mas maganda kung we dress the other national dress of japan sa totoo lang, mas comfortable pa un!

drinking ocha cuz makes u healthier at pagkain ng TAKOYAKI! noon kasi ayaw ko sa tako (octopus) kya nung sinubukan ko ang TAKOYAKI, DAMN!!! PANALONG PANALO ANG SARAP!!!! pati ramen!

yeah! ung nihonggo, kung nde nila binibigkas ang nihonggo, nde tau matuto magsalita nun d b? kya tau nanonood ng anime' para madali taung matuto ng nihonggo ^_^

umm maganda ang lugar nila at malinis... wlang gulo at peacful tlga nde 2lad sa pinas... madaming kurakot kya madaming naghihirap d2... kung pwede lang kami mag-migrate sa japan... ok na! kaso ang pagbili ng lupa doon GINTO!!! pero masarap daw magbakasyon doon :) un kasi ang dreamland ko at makita ko ang GF kong haponesa! :lol:

Hmm, I don't really have a genre for anime - but old strled hack and slash swords and karate is always a plus.

Kinda both, I love storyline and it really gives an emphasis on the anime but also having great graphics/visuals is also a factor in delivering "it"

4. Why is anime appealing to Filipinos? What are the factors that contribute to its appeal?

Anime doesn't only appeal to Filipinos but those who care to take notice and watch it - factors that contribute to it's appeal is how the story and characters can be related to one's own life story or personality. Since anime is diverse, you'll also get fantasy related stories that some people might have fantasized about - Which can be an appeal.

5.Do you think Filipinos can identify or relate with anime characters or storyline? Why or why not?

Yes, since anime characters/anime storyline are mostly related to life. The emotions and everything.

6.Do you see your aspirations projected in anime? How or in what ways?

Yes, like I said before different personalities can be put into anime to give a character a sense of realism, hence you'd be watching yourself or someone you know act just like someone you know or even yourself.

Depends on the story.

All I'm getting is that they love cute things and uh ... "PROTECT THE FAMILY NAME!" kinda of things haha.

Definetely, heck if it didn't I wouldn't be taking pictures of cosplayers, listening to japanese music or idolizing their "coolness" haha. Oh and in what way? Anime msotly comes from Japan, you search for anime on the net, it heads to Japan? You heard an anime song that you liked, thus it leads to Japan again etc.

Not just on Filipinos but those who watch it. It's mostly in my view, that most people who want to go to Japan are those who want to see the culture, the people, their idols etc. It's a good thing Filipinos through anime (maybe haha) have a high perception of Japan since the war and all lol.

I think Japan is no offense but a strangely weird place, have you read all those news about you know doctor kills kid, kid kills mom, everybody likes hard gay man, those perverted middle aged men idolizing 16 year old girls *ahem*Mooningu Musume*ahem* - After all those strange stuff, I think the only reason I'm wanting to go to Japan is the history and idols :D Oh plus the stuff haha.
