every contestant must be under the guidance and supervision of his/her school adviser(teacher)

This contest aims to further enhance and promote student-teacher relationship. NO REGISTRATION FEE is REQUIRED.


IN ORDER TO QUALIFY TO JOIN THE CONTEST,
THE STUDENT/PARTICIPANT MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

1. A Duely Accomplished registration Form.( to be Provided by Neo Anime Entertainment Center)
2. Registration Form or valid Identification Card
3.No Registration Fee Is Required

Qualified Students-Participants msut submit their entry at NEO MANGA AND ANIME ENTERTAINMENT CENTER to wit;

1. His own MANGA character Illustrated at 1/4 illustration board Designed manually in any medium. (ENHANCED YOUR IDEA OF MANGA BY VISITING NEO MANGA AND ANIME ENTERTAINMENT CENTER)

2. the MANGA character must have a brief description of his/her skills and personality (i,e., name age, height, weight, eye color, hair color, etc.);

3. each participant are entitled to FREE ONE HOUR PACKAGE per visit for one (1) month at NEO ANIME MANGA and ANIME ENTERTAINMENT CENTER;


PRIZES:

Fourth Placer:

-Student Winner - Free 1 hour Package per visit for 2 months and an anime DVD
-Adviser - 1 Special Foot Care at Azalea spa

Third Placer:

-Student Winner - Free 1 hour Package per visit for 3 months and a Manga Book
- Adviser - 1 Facial Care of Choice

Second Placer:

-Student Winner - Free 1 hour Package per Visit for 4 Months and an Anime toy
-Adviser - 1 Azalea Spa Signature Massage

First Placer:

-Student Winner - Free 1 hour Package per visit for 5 months and a Nintendo DS
-Adviser - 1 Azalea Spa Slimming Massage

Grand Winner:

-Student WInner - Free 1 hour Package per visit for 6 months and a PLAY STATION PORTABLE (PSP)
-Adviser - 1 Azalea Spa Capsule Package of Choice

Sept. 5-10 - Submission of the contest registration form
sept. 11, 2007 - Announcement of Qualified participants;
Sept. 12-13, 2007 - Submission of Entries
Sept. 29, 2007 - First Elimination Round (entries reduced to 50)
Oct. 6, 2007 - second Elimination Round (entries Reduced to 35)
Oct 13, 2007 - Third Elimination Round (entries reduced to 20)
Oct 20 2007 - Final elimination round (entries reduced to 10)
Oct 27 2007 - Grand Final. Announcement of Magic 5 winning Entries
