We are inviting all cosplayers to join our COSPLAY COMPETITION for the 2nd INTERNET CAFÉ CONGRESS 2007! We will be having it at on August 10 and 11, 2007 at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall.
Rules and Regulations are as follows:
1. We will be having 2 cosplay categories: Individual and Group cosplay competition. Group Cosplay Competition will be on August 10 (Friday) and Individual Cosplay Competitions will be on August 11.
2. Group cosplayers must have minimum of 5 cosplayers and a maximum of 25 members
3. There is no category for your costumes. As long as it is artistic and follows the rules on Article Number 8, you are eligible to join.
4. Schedule of Cosplays/Registration at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 1, 5th level Building B.
Group Cosplay Registration at the Site: Aug 10, 2007 10AM to 4PM
Group Cosplay Contest Proper: Aug 10, 2007 5PM Onwards
Individual Cosplay Registration at the Site: Aug 11, 2007 10AM to 3PM
Individual Cosplay Contest Proper: Aug 11, 2007 4PM Onwards
5. We are only limiting Individual Cosplay Contestants to 80 and Group Cosplayers to 20 groups.
6. Individual cosplayers are given 30 seconds to do their catwalk/performance and group cosplayers are given a maximum of 5 minutes to do their skit. Your names will be called in order of registration
7. Cosplayers should always check their props. First Events Asia will not be responsible for any loss or theft at the cosplayers’ belongings during the event.
8. Cosplayers should not bring deadly weapons, use them as props, wear indecent costumes, speak vulgar language or use props like blood or ink that might damage the Megatrade Hall premises. You are also not allowed to perform dangerous stunts. First Events Asia reserves the right to disqualify any contestant seen violating cosplayers rules and regulations
9. Contestants not present during the contest proper will be disqualified
10. Cosplayers will be judged on the following criteria
a. Costume accuracy and overall craftsmanship
b. Character portrayal
c. Stage presence and presentation
d. Audience impact
11. Prizes for the Cosplayers are as follows:

2nd Prize Uni Eye PC Camera, Php 3,000 worth of Infocom Prepaid Internet Cards

GROUP COSPLAY CHAMPION – Php 15,000 worth of Infocom Prepaid Internet Cards, A Plaque
