ok.... as for the making of the costumes, start from picking materials/fabric you want to use for this costume. If you can go to Yangco Market in Divisoria, so you can have a lot to choose from.

Here's my suggestion:

Materials/Fabric
1. Base Blouse - strechable blue cloth
2. Armlets - transparent blue cloth
3. Black band on the arm - use garter strings/thin garter bands, they hold in place better than ribbons
4. Ruffles and hanging skirt like material - light blue cloth
5. Skirt - black cloth, black lace fabric
6. Boots - real boots or old smooth shoe and brown stretchable velvet cloth for boot covers
7. Shades in the hanging material - Tie Dye/Fabric Dye/Jubos, that you can by in most national bookstore, usually brand name is Venus

As far as the actual construction, it's hard to explain how you should cut the cloth here in the forums. If you have time in Mangaholix, I will explain it to you then, just bring a full picture of the costume, pen and lots of paper.^_^

If you really just want to buy, here are some sites you can order from:

Good luck!^_^
