Hero TV-ToyCon Live Action Figure Cosplay Guidelines
==================================

1. HeroTV-ToyCon cosplay event is open to all event attendees.

2. Hero TV-ToyCon cosplay event will be an OPEN CATEGORY event WHERE ( ( ( participants could cosplay any character that they want from any genre whether it's from an anime, manga, games, comics, movies, western animation, visual kei, harajuku fashion, etc

3. Hero TV-ToyCon cosplay events will be held for two days (June 16-17).
Day 1 (June 16) cosplay will be an individual cosplay event while
Day 2 (June 17) cosplay will be a group cosplay event.

4. The cosplay registration will be both an on-site/at-con registration and an online pre-registration. The on-site/at-con registration will be both on June 16-17. Pls. refer to the Cosplay Online Pre-Registration procedure on each category.

5. Pre-registrants are required to confirm their pre-registrations on-site during the cosplay registration period. Pre-registering doesn't guarantee a slot in the official cosplay list.

6. Cosplayers under eighteen (1 years of age as of cosplay event date must have their parent/s and/or legal guardian/s sign the waiver/image release form.

7. Fanservice (ie. yaoi, yuri, etc.) is allowed but should be "General Patronage". Any kind of extreme kind of fanservice (ie. kissing, PDA, etc.) that is deemed inappropriate for minors are strictly prohibited. Keep in mind that the ToyCon is a wholesome and a General Patronage event.

8. Costumes that are too revealing (ie. exposes private parts) are prohibited. Scantly clad and/or sexy costumes are allowed but are not encouraged. ToyCon cosplay team has the right to disqualify any participant on this ground.

9. All kind of costume props of costume props must be handled with utmost care and must not be harmful to his/her fellow cosplayers, event staff and event attendees. Any kind of sharp and/or bladed objects that will be used as costume props that could cut human flesh are strictly prohibited. Any kind of pyrotechnic equipment/s that will be used as costume props that could render damage to the venue and/or property is strictly prohibited.

10. The ToyCon cosplay team, ToyCon organizers and its staff will not be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from mishandling and/or negligence of a cosplayer in his/her use of props/materials throughout the duration of the event.

11. ToyCon organizers reserve the right to disqualify a cosplayer's entry in the event that their group or any of their members ignore and/or violate any of the aforementioned guidelines.

12. Registration and participation to the cosplay event constitutes that the cosplayer gives the right and the authority to ToyCon organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to take pictures and/or videos of registered cosplayers, cosplay groups and its members and will be the sole property of the organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to be used for future publications and/or advertising promotions.

Individual Cosplay Guidelines (June 16, 2007 )
===========================

1. There will not be an entry limit for the Individual Cosplay event. However, there is a deadline for the registration and anyone who registered before the deadline is included to the official list of Individual Cosplay participants.

2. Cosplay registration for the ToyCon Individual Cosplay event will be both an online pre-registration and an on-site/at-con registration.

3. The online pre-registration form must consist of the following and must be sent to toyconph-owner@yahoogroups.com or toyconph@gmail.com the subject "ToyCon Individual Cosplay Registration". All entries must be received on or before June 3, 2007.

· Full Name
· Stage Name
· Gender
· Age
· Character
· Series Title
· Contact No.
· Email Address

4. Individual cosplay participants will be given number tags that must be worn at all times.

5. Individual cosplay participants are also qualified to join the Group Cosplay event which will be held on June 16 even as a minor role or as a prop.

Group Cosplay Guidelines (June 17, 2007)
===========================

1. A cosplay group must consist of at least four (4) and a maximum of ten (10) members per group.

2. There will be any entry limit of ten (10) groups for the Group Cosplay. There is a deadline for the registration and anyone who registered before the deadline is included to the official list of Group Cosplay participants.

3. A member of a particular cosplay group can only join ONE COSPLAY GROUP and he/she will not allowed joining multiple cosplay group/s.

4. A member of a particular cosplay group is qualified to join the Individual cosplay event.

5. Cosplay registration for the group cosplay will be both an online pre-registration and an on-site/at-con registration.

6. The pre-registration form must consist of the following and must be sent to toyconph-owner@yahoogroups.com or toyconph@gmail.com with the subject "ToyCon Group Cosplay Registration". All group cosplay registration forms must be received on or before June 3, 2007.

· Group Name
· Group Leader and contact details (mobile no., landline no., email address, etc.)
· Number of Members (including the leader)
· Series Title

7. If the 10 cosplay group quota has been reached but pre-registrants fail to confirm their registration from 10am-1pm, the next available slot(s) will be given to the on-site group cosplay registrants.

8. All cosplay groups are required to have a cosplay skit. Each cosplay group will be given a maximum of 3 minutes ONLY of stage time to do their skits.

9. All BGMs that will be used for the cosplay skit must be in audio format (.CDA) or in MP3 format and must be within the limit of their cosplay skit. Audio CDs must be properly labeled and submitted at the event itself upon registration. A cosplay group is required to have a sound director/representative who will assist the ToyCon technical team in the usage of their CDs.

itong event na ito ay may cosplay naman pero mas istrikto ang rule,pero okey nga yun eh para maiwasan ang gulo

this event has cosplay event also but the rules more strict,but that's alright it help's to prevent accidents -_-
