kung medyo malayo Divisoria for you, at ok lang sa iyo na gumastos ng mas mahal, go the the fabric stores in the UG level of Mega Mall Bldg A, to the fabric stores there, or to any fabric stores in the malls.... if you are near Antipolo, go to Taytay, there's fabric stores there, with Divisoria prices

If you're thinking of a simple dark-colored hakama/white haori, you could buy that from the Manila Kendo Club (sorry, sila lang yung alam ko na meron >_<). However, if you're talking about Bleach (black hakama and haori, complete with coat if you're cosplaying a captain), then it's better to have one made kasi mahirap humanap; they have at Comic Alley, but it's way overpriced.
