Hi! I am doing my thesis on cosplay for Japanese Studies. I would appreciate it if anyone would answer the following questions. :D Cosplay is really interesting and I'll make sure to do a good paper on cosplay so cosplay as an artform can be better known by all who read it. :)

Here are the questions:

1) How did you get into cosplay? What do you find interesting about it? Please tell a short story about yourself and how you got into cosplaying.


2) What makes a person a good cosplayer? What makes you a good cosplayer?


3) What values does cosplay teach?


4) Aside from the fact that its from Japan, what makes cosplay Japanese?


5) What would be your message to all the cosplayers and all who want to start cosplaying?
