August 19, 2006
We are looking for five people (five role players or five cosplayers) to be a part of a really great project. It will be a photo shoot on November 4, 2006 from 12:30 P. M. – 4:30 P. M. in Belmont, Massachusetts (Public Transportation Accessible).
The Following Role Players/Cosplayers Are Needed For The Following Characters . . .
A Villain (3 Characters): A Male In His Late 40s
An Animal Loving Uncle: A Hispanic/Latino Male In His Late 50s
A Paranoid Of Everything Aunt: A Hispanic/Latino Female In Her Late 50s
An Inventor: A Dark Brown Haired Female In Her Late 30s
The Quiet & Charming One: A Blonde Haired Female In Her Early 20s
All Role Players/All Cosplayers MUST Pay For Their Own Costume
We Are Not Asking Each Role Player/Cosplayer To Pay For Every Characters’ Costumes
All We Are Asking Is For Each Role Player/Cosplayer To Pay For THEIR OWN Costume
Each Costume Will Be Around $1200.00, But, Since These Costumes Will Be Custom Made, All The Players Involved, Who Will Be Paying For Their Own Costume, Will Also Be Able To Keep Their Own Costume
Movie props and movie costumes at prop stores around the world cost at least $2000.00 or even a lot more. The most that each player in this particular project will be paying for their WHOLE costume will be between $1200.00 and $1700.00. These costumes again will be custom made for each player who will be involved in this project and these particular costumes will be tailored to fit a particular player’s individual measurements.
Each costume can be considered a genuine keepsake because every player, who will be involved in this project, will be able to evidently keep their own costume. No question whatsoever about that. Each player will be walking away with their own album and they will be able to keep their own individual costume for years and months to come. This is definitely a worthwhile investment. If you like to collect movie props and costumes (keeping in mind that you will have paid the large sum of money for these particular movie props and costumes in the past), then, you will definitely fall in love with this project. Read on for information . . .
The Project Coordinator Will Be Paying For His Own Costume, The Expense Of The Photographer, The Expense Of Extra Surplus That Will Be Utilized At The Photo Shoot, & The Cost Of The Photo Studio Itself (This Will Probably All Cost The Project Coordinator Around $3000.00 – Much More Than Each Costume Will Ever Cost Every One Of The Players Who Will Want To Be Involved In This Particular Project)
As You All Can See, The Project Coordinator Just Cannot Pay For Each Character’s Costume As Well
When I Acted In Plays As A Young Kid, I Had To Fork Over Money For Production Costs (This Included The Cost Of My Costume) If I Didn’t Fork Over The Money, I Couldn’t Be In The Play (It Was A Simple As That)
On One Project I Did In The Spring, I Paid For Every Performer’s Costume & Two Of The Actors Bailed Out On Us At The Last Minute
We, unfortunately, like most projects, in this day and age, were unable to acquire funding.
The Project Coordinator Has No Problem Paying For His Own Costume, The Expense Of The Photographer, The Expense Of Extra Surplus That Will Be Utilized At The Photo Shoot, & The Cost Of The Photo Studio Itself (Just As Long As All The Role Players/Cosplayers Pay ONLY For Their Own Costume)
If You Think About It, The Project Coordinator Will Be Forking Over A Lot More Dough Than Any Of The Role Players/Cosplayers Who Will Want To Get Involved In This Particular Project
It Is A Really Fun & Memorable Project
Everyone involved in this project will get to keep their costume and all project participants will receive a very special photo album (which can definitely be treasured for an infinite amount of time). The photo album will be a keepsake – a keepsake for all role players/cosplayers to be proud of and show to friends & family members.
The project will be four hours (From 12:30 P. M. – 4:30 P. M.), but all role players/cosplayers involved will be creating these very special albums that people will definitely have in their possession for months and years to come.
Cosplay is very popular in this country. Ordinary people dress up like characters from movies or these particular people dress up like characters from anime television shows. Every cosplay event is different, but each one of these cosplay projects is unique.

Please remember that projects similar to our project have indeed been done before in many places around the world. There are all kinds of cosplay projects (E. G. “The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy”, “The Chronicles Of Narnia Series”, “The Harry Potter Series”, “Spiderman”, anime television shows, video games, and the list goes on & on). This is what you have to keep in mind when thinking about cosplay (and what cosplay is).
