CulturEvolution Cosplay Guidelines==================================
1. CulturEvolution cosplay event is open to all event attendees.
2. CulturEvolution cosplay event will be an OPEN CATEGORY event wherein participants could cosplay any character that they want from any genre whether it's from an anime, manga, games, comics, movies, western animation, j-pop, j-rock, harajuku fashion, etc.
3. The cosplay registration will be both an on-site/at-con registration and online pre-registration. The cosplay registration will be on August 19 and will be open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
4. Online pre-registrants are required to confirm their participation at the event itself. No confirmation would mean non-participation by the cosplayer.
5. Fan service (i.e. yaoi, yuri, etc.) is allowed but should be “General Patronage”. Any extreme kind of fan service (i.e. kissing, PDA, etc.) that is deemed inappropriate for minors are strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind that CulturEvolution is a wholesome and a General Patronage event, and its venue is known for having good discipline as well.
6. Costumes that are too revealing (ie. exposes private parts) are prohibited. Scantly clad and/or sexy costumes are allowed but are not encouraged. CulturEvolution cosplay team has the right to disqualify any participant on this ground.
7. All kind of costume prop must be handled with utmost care and must not be harmful to his/her fellow cosplayers, event staff and event attendees. Any kind of sharp and/or bladed objects that will be used as a costume prop that could cut human flesh are strictly prohibited. Any kind of pyrotechnic equipment/s that will be used as a costume prop that could render damage to the venue and/or property is strictly prohibited.
8. All BGMs that will be used for the cosplay skit must be in audio (.CDA) or in MP3 format and must be within the limit of their cosplay skit. Audio CDs must be properly labeled and submitted at the event itself upon registration. A cosplay group is required to have a sound director/representative who shall assist the CulturEvolution technical team in the usage of their CDs.
9. The CulturEvolution cosplay team, CulturEvolution organizers and its staff will not be hold responsible for anything that may inflict damage result in loss to a cosplay participant and to his/her property.
10. CulturEvolution organizers reserve the right to disqualify a cosplayer’s entry in the event that their group or any of their members ignore and/or violate any of the aforementioned guidelines.
11. Upon registration and participation to the cosplay event constitutes that the cosplayer gives the right and the authority to CulturEvolution organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to take pictures and/or videos of registered cosplay groups and its members and will be the sole property of the organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to be
used for future publications and/or advertising promotions.
12. Upon registration, please bring 3 PHOTOS of the character you're cosplaying. Failing to do so will result to disqualification from the competition.

CulturEvolution Individual Cosplay Guidelines=============================================
1. An individual cosplay participant can only register on-site/at-con on August 19 from 8am to 2pm.
2. Cosplayers who don’t show up during call time will be disqualified (be there at least 15 minutes SHARP! before call time).
3. An individual cosplay participant is not eligible to join the group cosplay category even as a minor role or as a prop.
4. An individual cosplay participant will be given a max stage time limit of 1-2 minutes.

CulturEvolution Group Cosplay Guidelines========================================
1. We will only accept 5-7 cosplay group entries. Cosplay registration will close after we reach the 5-7 groups quota.
2. A cosplay group must consist of at least 4 members and a maximum of 25 members per group.
3. A member of a particular cosplay group can only join and/or part of only ONE COSPLAY GROUP and he/she will not allowed joining multiple cosplay group/s.
4. All cosplay groups are required to have a cosplay skit. Each cosplay group will be given a maximum of 5 minutes of stage time to do their skits.

How to get to Teatro Marikina...THE EASY WAY...eto po:From all directions...South (Paranaque, Las Pinas, etc), North (Caloocan, Valenzuela, etc.), and West (Manila) part of NCR as well as those from Quezon City...
1. Take a bus or MRT going to Cubao. From Farmers Plaza, walk towards Aurora Boulevard (Landmark: Intersection with a square-shaped over-pass)
2. Proceed towards the jeepney terminal located beside Jolibee & Mercury Drug (note: there are 2 Mercury Drug's along the intersection...proceed to the Mercury Drug beside Jollibee, nasa tapat ang terminal ng jeep)
3. Take a jeep going to CALUMPANG...sabihin nyo sa driver ibaba kayo sa SAN ROQUE CHURCH.
4. Once you're infront of San Roque Church...walk towards the street infront of it...makikita nyo ang office ng Department of Education Marikina, sa tabi na nun ang Teatro Marikina...
From Pasig Area:
1. Take a jeep going to Marikina...tell the driver ibaba kayo sa Teatro Marikina...that's it...
From Cainta/Cogeo Area:
1. Take a jeep going to Marikina...for sure sa terminal na ang baba nyo so lakarin nyo na lang from Marikina City Hall going to Teatro Marikina.
From San Mateo/Montalban:
1. Take a jeep going to Marikina...same goes din mula dun sa mga nanggaling sa Cainta/Cogeo...
At sa mga taga-Marikina...imposibleng hinde nyo alam yun...hehehehehe!
